Kansas Legal professional Common Derek Schmidt says a Manhattan man that operated a concrete firm has been banned from doing enterprise within the state and ordered to pay over $13,500 in restitution, in addition to fined $100,000 for violating the Kansas Client Safety Act.
Based on AG Schmidt, Douglas L. Bell III, of Manhattan, who did enterprise as Customized Concrete Contractors, LLC, was completely banned from doing enterprise in Kansas. He mentioned Shawnee Co.
