In accordance with Schmidt, Dustin Gregory, of Kaufman, Tex., who does enterprise as CPR Road Machines, has been completely banned from doing enterprise in Kansas. He stated Shawnee Co. District Court docket Decide Mary Christopher permitted a default judgment in Shawnee Co. District Court docket after Gregory failed to reply to a lawsuit that Schmidt filed in opposition to him. He stated Gregory was ordered to pay $8,092.82 in restitution to a Shawnee Co. buyer.
