Mars, Kansas Board of Regents honored for donations to Washburn Tech

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Washburn Tech held a ceremony Wednesday to honor two Topeka teams for serving to them broaden their packages.

Mars-Wrigley of Topeka awarded the college with a $50,000 grant for his or her Licensed Manufacturing Technician, or CPT, program, which can be held for the primary time this fall semester at Washburn Tech East.

The Board of Regents chipped in additional than $25,000 for this system, which goals to introduce highschool and faculty college students to alternatives within the manufacturing trade.
